Designed to fit more easily into the limited bench space apartments in Europe, this model features a 1.8 litre boiler with heat exchanger and a small footprint.

Rocket Giotto Cronometro V & R
The most classic and well known of the Rocket Espresso family is the Rocket Giotto. It’s recent update featuring a Cronometro shot timer allows the user to guarantee consistency across pouring the perfect shot time and time again. Featuring a 1.8 litre boiler and heat exchanger along with digital temperature control, this is a continual rock solid performer in the Australian marketplace.

Rocket Mozzafiato Cronometro V & R
This Rocket Mozzafiato coffee machine incorporates all the features and performance of the Giotto with a new chassis, making it a slender performer in any modern day kitchen. Coming in either a Vibration (V) and Rotary (R) pump version, the rotary pump allows the machine to be run from a tank or be plumbed direct to mains water. What this means in real terms is that this machine runs quietly compared to a machine with a vibration pump and extracts a more fuller flavour and thicker crema from the coffee due to the consistently controlled motorised extraction pressure compared to other models which have a vibrating pump.

Rocket R58 Dual Boiler
As the name suggests, this Rocket coffee machine incorporates 2 boilers – 1 for the brew water and the other to create steam/hot water. The main advantage of this is that the brew temperature can be varied (using the PID digital temperature control) from one type of coffee to another. Like the Rocket Giotto/Mozzafiato Cronometro R, the R58 also comes with a rotary pump and can be run from the water tank or plumbed direct into mains water.

Rocket R60v Dual Boiler Pressure Profiling
This is the top of the range Rocket coffee machine which incorporates all the functionality of the Rocket R58 but with one additional feature – pressure profiling. This enables the user to vary the extraction pressure created by the pump throughout the extraction period. This functionality is usually only seen to $15,000+ commercial machines.
